Project Challenge
RTL Transport where engaged to transport a Crawler Crane from the Hazelwood Power Station demolition project to the Boom Logistics yard located in Morwell, The transport seen the utilisation of four heavy vehicle combinations these combinations included the use of a 3×8 float with a 2×8 dolly, 3×8 float and multiple loads across two semi combinations.
RTL's Approach
Through meticulous planning the Transport team co-ordinated all required permits, gazettes, load plans and rout surveys, ensuring a safe and compliant transport of the crane components.
