Michelle has a detailed understanding of commercial and financial management which has included her exposure to the RTL Shareholders who operate at tier one level in the industries in which they operate.

Having also had significant tenure with RTL, Michelle has also learnt how to deliver those principles in a lean and efficient manner to allow RTL to maintain an overhead structure that affords the business a competitive advantage in the market in which it operates.
